Terms of Service

Last updated: June 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Solomon Eyitene, the independent developer who operates Kyrros (“Kyrros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They also serve as the end-user license agreement (EULA) for the Kyrros app. By creating an account or using Kyrros, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Kyrros.

Who can use Kyrros

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Kyrros. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using Kyrros you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
  • Notify us promptly at word@kyrros.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

License to use the app

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Kyrros app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the app or its content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

AI-generated content and accuracy

Study plans and related content in Kyrros are generated using artificial intelligence. While we aim for helpful, faithful, and accurate content, AI-generated material may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that do not reflect any particular tradition or scholarship. Kyrros is a study aid, not a substitute for Scripture itself, professional theological guidance, or pastoral, medical, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the content, and you should verify anything important against trusted sources.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Kyrros lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse the topic input or any other feature. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We use automated checks to keep generated content safe and on-topic, and we may decline or reframe requests that violate these rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of the topics and inputs you provide. You grant us the limited right to process that content to operate the service — for example, to generate, store, and display your plans and to create share links you request. You are responsible for the content you submit and for anything you choose to share via a share link.

Sharing plans

Kyrros lets you create read-only share links to your plans. Anyone with a valid link can view the linked plan until the link expires (30 days) or you revoke it. Do not share links containing information you would not want others to see.

Service availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Kyrros at any time, including features, plan limits, and the AI providers we use. We may also set reasonable usage limits (such as a cap on plans generated within a 24-hour period) to keep the service available and secure.

Intellectual property

Kyrros, including its name, design, software, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Scripture text and any third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

Kyrros is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyrros and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

App store terms

If you obtained Kyrros through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store’s terms. The app store provider is not responsible for the app or its content and is not a party to these Terms, though it may enforce them as a third-party beneficiary where applicable.

Termination

You may stop using Kyrros and delete your account at any time via the Account & Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Kyrros’ operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country or region of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of Kyrros after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
